Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made from Preezy PC on our website https://preezypc.com. It is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

Exceptions

All sales are final. Within 48 hours of ordering, you may choose to change or modify your computer. Consider it your last-chance to change your mind on that upgrade. It is within your build window of opportunity during the time it takes to assemble your PC.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

Products are defective or damaged when delivered.

Items delivered are not as described on the website.

To qualify, you must report issues within a 48 hour window of delivery with photographic proof of the problem.

Items Without Exceptions
Certain products and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including, but not limited to:

Custom made or personalized items.

Perishable goods.

Digital downloads.

If your PC arrives damaged you can submit a support ticket or send an email to our support team.
Preezy PC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Please review it regularly.
